James C. Wyly, a partner with the Firm, is admitted to practice in all state courts in of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. He is also admitted to practice in several United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. Mr. Wyly graduated from the University of Oklahoma and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
