Michael R. Unger, an associate with the Firm, is admitted to practice in all courts in the States of Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. In addition, Mr. Unger is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Unger graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University (B.A. 1994) and received his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2004, where he was active in both trial and appellate advocacy.

A former insurance adjuster, Mr. Unger utilizes his knowledge of the insurance industry and building construction to assist clients in various insurance-related matters. His practice focuses on personal injury litigation on both sides of the docket, as well as consumer protection litigation, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Unger is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texarkana Bar Association. He is also a member of the Order of Barristers. In addition, Mr. Unger is an active member of the Kiwanis International and volunteers as a Teen Court judge.
