William B. Roberts, is of counsel to the Firm and has over 45 years experience as both a lawyer and a C.P.A. Mr. Roberts specializes in estate planning, probate and trust law. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Baylor University (B.B.A., 1960; J.D., 1962) and was a Member of the Board-of-Editors of Baylor Law Review. Mr. Roberts is a member of the American, Texas, Arkansas, Texarkana and Northeast Texas Bar Associations. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, Sections of Taxation and Real Estate Probate and Trust; The American Bar Sections of Tax Law, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law; Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Texarkana Chapter. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, is a Fellow, American College of Trust & Estate Counsel, Member Fiduciary Income Tax Committee and is Board Certified in Tax Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Roberts is a board member of the following organizations:Texarkana Symphony Orchestra; Christus St. Michael Health System Foundation; Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Foundation. He is a member of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, (Chairman of the Board, 1995). He is also a Member and Past President of the Texarkana Rotary Club. He is a past recipient of the C. E. Palmer Award for outstanding community service. Mr. Roberts is an active member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
