Kirk Patton, the senior partner of the Firm, has been actively practicing law with the Firm for almost 50 years. Mr. Patton is a graduate of Baylor University (J.D., cum laude, 1957) and served as Editor-in Chief, Baylor Law Review, 1956 – 57. Mr. Patton is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Arkansas Bar Association.

Mr. Patton's practice is dedicated to transactional matters, including, but not limited to, banking and finance matters (both borrowers and lenders), real estate, zoning, mergers and acquisitions and other business-related matters.
