Corey D. McGaha, an associate with the Firm, is admitted to practice in all courts in the states of Texas and Arkansas as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. McGaha graduated cum laude from Ouachita Baptist University and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 2002.

Mr. McGaha served as a law clerk to the Hon. Harry F. Barnes, United States District Court Judge for the Western District of Arkansas from 2002-2006. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Texarkana Bar Association, and Texarkana Young Lawyers Association. His primary areas of practice are Securities Fraud Class Actions, Commercial Litigation, and Intellectual Property, as well as other areas of civil litigation.
