Tina R. Green, a partner in the firm, has been practicing law since 1996. She is Board Certified in Tax Law and Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Certified Elder Law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, as recognized by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is admitted to practice in state court in Texas and Arkansas. She is a graduate of New York University with her LL.M. in Taxation (1996). She is also a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with her J.D. Degree (1995) where she served as an editor for the Arkansas Law Review. She has her Masters of Business Administration from East Texas State University, Texarkana (1992), and her Bachelors of Science and Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville (1983).

Ms. Green's practice revolves primarily around Taxation, Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, and Business Transactions.

She has served on numerous committees and organizations, specifically including the State Bar of Texas Tax Section, editor of the Texas Tax Lawyer; Texarkana Bar Association, Secretary; and Texarkana Tax Practice Group.
